Counseling for Perfectionism, People‑Pleasing & Codependency

You don’t have to earn your worth. It’s already yours.

Do you ever feel like you're trapped in your own mind—a prison of overthinking, guilt, and pressure to always do more?

You give your all and try to unplug, but rest doesn’t come easy. Your inner critic chimes in, stealing peace with thoughts like: “You should be doing more.” Even when you meet your goals, the joy is fleeting. Fulfillment feels just out of reach.

If you're starting to notice these patterns and want something to shift, you're already halfway there.

As a recovering people-pleaser, I understand the unique challenges that come up along this journey—how hard it can be to say no, take up space, or risk disappointing others. In therapy, I help you:

  • Recognize and regulate the impulses, fears, and intrusive thoughts that keep you stuck

  • Understand how your inner critic may actually be a younger part of you seeking approval

  • Build a kinder, stronger inner system that can hold you through risk, rejection, and vulnerability

  • Learn to set boundaries in a way that honors you and respects your relationships

  • Reconnect to your true self with compassion, clarity, and confidence

This work goes beyond just mindset—we’ll also engage your right brain and your body. Using integrative techniques (CBT, mindfulness, somatic work), we make space for all of you: the overachiever, the scared child, the wise adult.

Together, we’ll shift from people-pleasing and self-doubt toward self-trust, internal integrity, and meaningful connection.

You are allowed to take up space. Let’s help you believe it.
