Individual therapy

For the person who looks fine, but feels worn down.

You keep showing up. Work gets done. People count on you. Inside, your mind is busy, rest feels unearned, and you may wonder why being capable still feels so hard.

A place to begin

You can slow down before you know how to fix it.

Feeling seen is a start

When keeping it together takes so much energy

Anxiety, low mood, inattention, or constant self-pressure can be easy to miss when you are still performing well. Therapy gives us room to look at what is happening beneath the surface and what you need now.

01

Your mind keeps working after the day ends.

You replay decisions, prepare for every outcome, or feel uneasy when there is nothing urgent to solve.

02

Your standards move whenever you meet them.

You get something done, feel relief for a moment, and then hear the next thing you should have done better.

03

You are tired of being “fine.”

You may be functioning, yet feeling disconnected, irritable, scattered, or quietly exhausted.

CONNECTION FIRST, SOLUTION SECOND

You don't have to get therapy right, either.

If you're used to overthinking, trying to get things right, or being hard on yourself, therapy can easily become one more thing to work at. I don't want that for you. We can start by understanding what's going on, without rushing to fix it. And maybe, little by little, you'll find a different way to see things and respond to yourself.

A few common questions

A little more clarity.

What happens in the first session?

We start with what brought you here, your goals, and the context that feels important to share. We can move at a pace that makes sense for you.

Do I need a diagnosis before reaching out?

No. You can describe what life has felt like lately. Assessment and treatment planning happen together after we decide to work together.

Where is online therapy available?

Virtual individual therapy is offered to clients located in California, Florida, Missouri, and Kansas, subject to fit and availability.
